Summary

I follow money through complex systems and produce evidence-grade findings: entities resolved, flows traced, patterns surfaced from fused public data, and the whole thing documented to a standard a decision-maker can act on without it being hearsay. I trained the craft in public-goods funding. At Octant Labs I evaluated nearly 800 grant applications across seven rounds and served as the quality gate ahead of allocation, keeping capture and undisclosed conflicts out of funded pools. In the course of that work I detected a multi-year conflict-of-interest network spanning funding rounds, by fusing grant histories, on-chain wallet traces, forum records, and registry data, and documented it for leadership to act on.

The standards I author exist because intelligence is only as good as its intake: WALKRI specifies what makes a data field a real measurement, CRAFT specifies what an evaluation chain must satisfy before its records deserve trust, ORE specifies what a chain is allowed to assume about the sources feeding it, and CROSS holds entities to one canonical record each. They are the published form of how I work: precision at ingestion, resolution before inference, and findings built to be checked. Before this, three decades of systems and network architecture, and eight years running infrastructure inside a First Nations government.

Selected Work

Tools that treat any output, including a model’s, as a claim to be checked rather than an answer to trust: independent reads ground to a verified floor, the divergence kept as the contested map, the verdict kept human. The method I verify with, made usable by anyone.
Live software that catches unearned weight and latent claims in text and returns the operational replacement. The vocabulary discipline behind findings built to be checked.
The method in prose: convergence between genuinely independent accounts is the signal; a single confident account is the thing to distrust. Independence is the whole game.

Verification

I treat any output, including a model’s, as a claim to be checked rather than an answer to be trusted: evaluation against criteria stated before the material is seen, findings that cite and quote the evidence they rest on, and every step recorded so a second reader can walk it without taking my word for anything. Where a finding depends on an AI system reading the source material, that reading gets checked the same way an analyst’s would. The dossier is only as strong as its weakest unverified step, so every step carries its verification with it.

Experience

Octant Labs (formerly Golem Foundation) - Grant Operations Lead (titled Community Grants Specialist)
Nov 2024 to Jul 2026 · Remote
  • Served as the quality and integrity gate ahead of capital allocation across seven consecutive funding rounds (more than 1,400 ETH allocated): evaluated and curated every candidate pool that went forward, keeping capture and undisclosed conflicts out.
  • Detected and documented a multi-year conflict-of-interest network spanning multiple funding rounds, fusing grant histories, on-chain deployer-wallet traces, forum records, and registry data into an evidence-grade briefing leadership could act on.
  • Evaluated nearly 800 grant applications individually, more than 450 in a single round; ran API sweeps (KarmaGAP) so every evaluation carried a complete, source-verified accountability picture for its project.
  • Took a mandated, tool-generated candidate set and built a 12-step evaluation framework that produced the funded list, adopted directly by management.
  • Built the operational backbone the analysis ran on: dashboards, evaluation pipelines, and grantee tracking; designed rounds and intake instruments so the data arrived clean enough to reason over.
  • Authored the public standards beneath the work (CRAFT, ORE, WALKRI, CROSS, GRAIN): what a trustworthy record requires, stated before the records exist.
GravityDAO - Co-Founder & Strategic Lead
2019 to 2025 · Remote
  • Co-founded, led, and responsibly wound down a conflict-resolution DAO: the full founder lifecycle, from Token Engineering Commons working group (2019) through independence (2021) to closure (2025).
  • Built conflict-resolution frameworks adopted by 15+ web3 communities, with a 90% dispute-resolution rate; trained 120+ members across 8 cohorts and facilitated workshops for 200+ people. High-stakes disputes are where integrity work either holds or does not.
Token Engineering Commons - DAO Coordination
2020 to 2023 · Remote
  • Advised DAOs on coordination and organizational development; authored original frameworks, including The Virtuous Cycles and a decolonization framework.
